Job Description / Responsibilities:
Science background with relevant qualification eg. Master of Science etc.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of on Job Experience & competence in handling of analytical equipment’s. & interpretation of results.
Fair knowledge surfactant formulations & fine tuning required for stable formulations
Expertise in De-Coding formulation & Component analysis.
Should guide production persons for lab to bulk production.
Evaluation & application testing of competition Samples.
Preparation of of TDS / MSDS & RSL Declaration for local products.
Gots Certification & renewal for local products.
Performance test such as wetting , Foaming , Dye solubility test , wash fastness , rubbing fastness etc.
Should have fair knowledge of Chemical Hazardous category & Safety norms.
Min. Exp: 5 Years
Max. Exp: 15 Years
Compensation range : Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/-

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Manage all the sales related activity of the company.
Handle a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller
Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
Handle the tasks of preparing quotations / Proforma Invoice for different products.
Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Support the field sales team.
Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
Resolve any sales related issues with customers.
Make follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
Respond to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
Follow up with customers for payments.
Handle India Mart Website portal
Follow-up for the samples sent to customers.
Handling online enquiries and using social media/websites to generate leads
Interaction with clients & Prospects for evaluating requirement and providing solutions
Retaining existing customers and generating additional business by new customers’ acquisition.
Updating management for new products development.
Extracting information from clients for technical specifications and providing technical recommendation.
