ALCOFIN 2280, developed by Pacific Texchem Pvt. Ltd., is a high-performance cotton fiber lubricant ideal for carding, drawing, and spinning operations. It enhances fiber-to-metal and fiber-to-fiber lubrication, reducing yarn breakage, machine wear, and improving yarn uniformity.
Produced at our modern Ambernath plant and supplied globally from our Mumbai HQ, this product is available PAN India and exported to regions across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
ALCOFIN 2280 is a nonionic fiber lubricant formulated to reduce frictional resistance during cotton fiber processing. By forming a uniform coating on fibers, it helps maintain fiber alignment, reduce fly generation, and promote uniform yarn structure—especially in ring and rotor spinning.
