PACINOL LV 40, manufactured by Pacific Texchem Pvt. Ltd., is a high-efficiency antistatic oil developed for use in nonwoven fiber processing, spinning, and needle-punching operations. It effectively minimizes static electricity build-up on synthetic and blended fibers, enabling uninterrupted processing, better sliver cohesion, and enhanced machine efficiency.

PACINOL LV 40 is a nonionic antistatic oil that coats fiber surfaces with a uniform conductive film. This significantly reduces electrostatic discharge (ESD), preventing fly-off, fiber entanglement, roller jamming, and web distortion. It is especially beneficial in nonwoven needle-punch lines, sliver processing, and synthetic fiber carding systems.
