PEG 400 – Monooleate is a polyethylene glycol ester of oleic acid. It is a nonionic surfactant widely used for its emulsifying, dispersing, and lubricating properties. This pale yellow to amber viscous liquid is soluble in water and oil, making it a preferred choice for formulations requiring excellent solubility and skin compatibility.
