Our Warping Agents, manufactured by Pacific Texchem Pvt. Ltd., are engineered to improve yarn lubrication, control static buildup, and ensure consistent tension across warp beams in high-speed weaving operations.
With over 25 years of textile formulation expertise, and a 2000 MT/month production facility in Ambernath, we deliver warp performance enhancers PAN India and globally across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Warping agents are chemical auxiliaries applied during the warp beam preparation stage. They reduce yarn friction, increase cohesion, and eliminate fly generation, thereby preventing yarn breakage and facilitating smooth passage through the sizing, drawing-in, and weaving stages.
